Salman Sohail is a graduate in Anthropology, Mr Salman is effective in designing and application of M&E frame works. During his career he has been involved in drawing research methodologies, development of research tools, data collection, analysis and report writing. He has experience in conducting baseline and end line surveys, customized research and regular monitoring and evaluation of projects. He also have experience in Conducting Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) and Early Grade Math Assessment (EGMA).
